How HEADLESS validates every LMT OPG basket

11 checks before you see a basket — from ticker validity to fractional sizing and total value. Research, not advice.

Every basket goes through 11 automated checks before it reaches you: ticker validity (including CHAU→ASHR mapping), fractional rules, correct IBKR field names, LMT OPG type, lot sizing, and total value within account range. If any check fails, the basket stays blocked with a clear reason — it never fails silently at the broker after you press send.

Orders are STK/SMART/USD/LMT/OPG only, with LmtPrice set to nextOpen × 1.01 and LOO/MOO zero-checked. This keeps fills predictable at the open and prevents the common field-name and tick-size errors that break hand-typed lists.

Validation is research infrastructure, not advice. It prevents format errors, not market risk. You still review drift, tax-aware estimates, and the full order list before confirming — discretion stays with you.

Research boundary: Oxaide provides research and decision support. It does not provide financial advice, personalized investment recommendations, signals, portfolio management, execution, custody, or guaranteed returns. Every basket is human discretion — you review and transmit in IBKR.
