1Start a brief in 3 steps

1. Email your question to brief@oxaide.com — attach files if you have them (contracts, accounts, screenshots). Or start from any workflow, which asks for exactly what that check needs.

2. Get a fixed quote in ~15 minutes. S$49, S$390, or S$1500 — fixed before you pay, never per-token, never a surprise. Pay by card.

3. Get the pack. Quick checks land in ~5 minutes, Pack briefs in ~2 hours, Board packs in 48 hours — Excel + PDF + cited sources, by email and on your dashboard. Every figure opens to its page.

2Your 3-pack: 3 Pack briefs, auto-applied

One credit = one full S$390 Pack brief (up to 10 files, 20 pages, 3 entities, ~2 hours). Just email from the address that bought the pack — credits auto-apply, no codes, no account. Each credit is used when your brief is accepted, and every delivery email tells you how many are left and the use-by date (90 days).

Two things are on the house while any pack is active: Quick S$49 checks (fair use: 10 per calendar month — they never touch your credits) and a reply within 24 hours of any paid delivery with no new files, which runs as a free follow-up, one per job.

Never covered by credits: Board packs (S$1500) always stay pay-per-brief — a credit is ~S$330 of Pack work, so it never silently burns on a Board job. Watches and pings are separate prepaid products with their own balances.

3Pick the right job size

Quick check — S$49 (~5 min). One entity, one question: is this company live, is this name taken, can they pay. Best first buy.

Pack brief — S$390 (~2h). The workhorse: pre-deal screens, disputes, loans, grants, reconciliations. Excel with live formulas, PDF, and a sources file where every line carries its page. If your question needs officers or charges from ACRA's paywalled profile, we buy it ourselves (S$5.50) and re-ship an upgraded pack free — nothing for you to do.

4Watches: we re-check, you get emailed

A watch re-checks one company (UEN), name (trademark), or supplier on schedule and emails you only when something changes — filings, status, adverse news. Prepaid annually, history always visible on Your Oxaide. Cancel anytime for a pro-rata Stripe refund — the receipt arrives by email. Start one at Watchtower.

5Pings: checks for your AI agent

One ping = one machine Quick check (~5 min, result by email + status page). A S$9 single runs immediately on the target you name; a 100-ping pack (S$150, 90 days) is redeemed from any MCP client with the ping_check tool using the pack id from your purchase email. Setup on For AI agents.

6Wrong claim? Full refund. Your files? Wiped.

Full refund. If a key claim in your pack cannot be backed by its cited source, email hi@oxaide.com within 14 days of delivery — no forms, no quibbles.

7Billing and humans

Manage your 3-pack — one tap opens the Stripe portal for invoices, card changes, and cancel. One-time packs email you a receipt; nothing to cancel.
