Standing, ownership, charges, and asset pointers from registries and filings. For recovery and enforcement: where the money plausibly sits before you spend fees chasing it.
Will they fight
Litigation and track record, posture signals, and adverse history. Calibrates settlement against trial before counsel commits the diary.
Any adverse
Sanctions, insolvency, regulatory, and reputation flags with sources. Red-flagged where evidence is thin instead of smoothed over.
Every line cited or red-flagged. Full refund within 14 days if a key claim cannot be backed. Inspect sample packs before you send a matter.

Frequently asked questions
How does the pilot work?
Email one live matter: name the opponent or counterparty and the question (can they pay, will they fight, any adverse). We deliver a cited screen in about 2 hours. Same depth as paid work, no card, no call. If it is useful, the retainer starts when you say so; if not, keep the screen.
What if you already screen for the other side?
Tell us the matter name with every request and we conflict-check before starting. We never screen for opposing parties on the same matter. If we are conflicted, we decline that screen plainly and it does not count against your quota.
Who sees our matters?
The principal only, plus AI processing with no human review except on request. Uploads wiped after 24 hours; packs kept 90 days then purged. NDA on request before the pilot: ask and we sign yours or send ours.
Can we use screens for client intake and CDD?
Yes. Law firms file the pack as the intake screen (standing, ownership, adverse) and lenders use it as the first credit pass before underwriting. Same 2-hour SLA, same cited format, one screen per subject; conflicts and quota rules apply exactly as for dispute screens.
What counts as a screen?
One named subject, one question set, one cited pack: standing, assets, adverse flags, and a pay-or-fight call with sources on every line. Follow-up questions on the same subject within 7 days ride free.
What happens to unused screens?
Two roll to next month; the rest expire. Screens past quota bill at S$350 each on the monthly statement. No approval dance: if you send it, we run it and it counts.
Can we cancel?
Anytime, one email, end of the paid month. No minimum term, no exit fee, no retention call. Packs already delivered stay yours.
Is this legal advice?
